Peter Pan’s Packed Pitas
Ingredients:
- ½ lb. thinly sliced deli turkey (or leftover Thanksgiving slices!)
- 1 head dark leaf lettuce
- 1 pkg dried cranberries
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 pkg whole wheat pita pockets
Directions:
- Slice pitas in half to form pockets.
- Lightly spread thin layer of mayonnaise inside each pocket.
- Place one lettuce leaf in each pocket and begin to layer in turkey slices.
- Sprinkle top with dried cranberries and serve immediately or wrap in plastic until ready to eat!
