Peter Pan’s Packed Pitas

Ingredients:
  • ½ lb. thinly sliced deli turkey (or leftover Thanksgiving slices!)
  • 1 head dark leaf lettuce
  • 1 pkg dried cranberries
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg whole wheat pita pockets
Directions:
  1. Slice pitas in half to form pockets.
  2. Lightly spread thin layer of mayonnaise inside each pocket.
  3. Place one lettuce leaf in each pocket and begin to layer in turkey slices.
  4. Sprinkle top with dried cranberries and serve immediately or wrap in plastic until ready to eat!
