"Minnie" Greenhouse (Craft)

Supplies:

• 8 oz. clear plastic drink cups
• Peat pellets (found at local gardening supply store)
• Water
• Flower seeds
• Plastic wrap
• Rubber bands

Directions:

1. Place one peat pellet in the bottom of each cup.
2. Add water according to the directions.
3. After the pellets have absorbed the water and expanded, place a hole in each with a pencil.
4. Drop 2-3 seeds in each cup and cover with dirt.
5. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over the top of each cup and secure with a rubber band.
6. Put greenhouse in a sunny window and watch it grow – don’t forget to water!
