Mickey’s Meatball Dippers

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg frozen mini beef or turkey meatballs
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp flour
  • ½ cup beef stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
  1. Bake meatballs according to directions.
  2. While meatballs are baking, melt butter on low heat and sprinkle in flour.
  3. Whisk stock and milk into mixture and simmer until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Pour cheese mixture into small individual bowls and serve as dip for meatballs.
