Mickey’s Meatball Dippers
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg frozen mini beef or turkey meatballs
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- ½ cup beef stock
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Bake meatballs according to directions.
- While meatballs are baking, melt butter on low heat and sprinkle in flour.
- Whisk stock and milk into mixture and simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Pour cheese mixture into small individual bowls and serve as dip for meatballs.
