The Mad Tea Party (Game)

Supplies:

• Teapot (from play kitchen set)
• Music – “I’m a Little Teapot” (optional)

Directions:

1. Guests sit in a circle facing inward.
2. One person starts passing the teapot
3. While the music plays, or group sings “I’m a Little Teapot”, the teapot is passed from player to player.
4. When the song ends (or music is stopped) “…tip me over and pour me out!”, the player left holding the teapot is out.
5. To add to the fun, the person controlling the music (or other adult) can yell “Spin it!” which means that the teapot must go in the opposite direction.
6. Play continues until there are only 2 players rapidly passing the “hot” teapot!
