Kiwi Kabobs w/ Orange Dip
Ingredients:
- 6 kiwis
- 6 pears
- 6 clementines or tangerines
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 12 wooden skewers
Directions:
- Halve the kiwis lengthwise and carefully scoop with melon baller.
- Cut pears into ½ inch cubes. Peel clementines or tangerines and separate into segments.
- Thread alternating fruits onto skewers, securing each end with a pear cube.
- For the dip: combine 1 cup plain yogurt with ¼ cup fresh orange juice in a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds.
- Chill dip and serve cold alongside kabobs.
