Kiwi Kabobs w/ Orange Dip

Ingredients:
  • 6 kiwis
  • 6 pears
  • 6 clementines or tangerines
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 12 wooden skewers
Directions:
  1. Halve the kiwis lengthwise and carefully scoop with melon baller.
  2. Cut pears into ½ inch cubes. Peel clementines or tangerines and separate into segments.
  3. Thread alternating fruits onto skewers, securing each end with a pear cube.
  4. For the dip: combine 1 cup plain yogurt with ¼ cup fresh orange juice in a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds.
  5. Chill dip and serve cold alongside kabobs.
