Great Gobbling Goodies

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup butter
• 1 package mini marshmallows
• 6 cups crispy rice cereal
• Chocolate sandwich cookies
• Chocolate frosting
• Candy corn

Directions:

1. Melt butter over low heat, add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted.
2. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
3. Take sandwich cookies apart, remove white filling and replace it with chocolate frosting.
4. Spray or butter an ice cream scoop and begin scooping cereal mixture into ball shapes and place on wax paper.
5. Take one cookie half and press candy corn into frosting to form a fan of “feathers.” Attach cookie half to the cereal ball below the candy corn.
6. Press a second cookie half to the bottom of the cereal ball to form the feet of the turkey.
7. Dab frosting on the tip of a candy corn and stick it to the cereal ball to make the turkey’s head.
