Mickey’s Cheesy Snowflake Tortillas

Ingredients:

• 1 to 2 pkgs. of 4-inch tortillas
• 1 8-oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
• cooking spray
• kitchen shears

Directions:

1. Fold tortilla into ¼’s
2. Using kitchen shears, cut shapes into the folds of tortilla.
3. Place a whole tortilla in pan treated with cooking spray and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Place “snowflake” tortilla on top and cook over low heat until cheese has melted.
