Pirate Pinwheels
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. tub-style cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 4oz. can chopped black olives
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 pkg. 10 inch whole wheat or flour tortillas
Directions:
- Combine all filling ingredients together and mix well.
- Spread filling evenly over the tortillas and roll up tightly.
- Cover tortillas and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Unwrap and cut tortillas into ½ inch slices. Turn pinwheels on side and serve ‘em up with salsa…Me Hearty!
