Beach Fruit Pops
Ingredients:
- 5 cups cubed melons: cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon
- ½ fresh or frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 oz. paper or plastic drinking cups
- wooden sticks
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix well.
- Pour mixture into cups and place in freezer.
- After approximately a half-hour, remove cups and insert wooden sticks in center.
- Place pops back in freezer until frozen (approx. 3 hours)
- Just before serving, remove pops from freezer and take off paper or plastic cups.
- Serve on a fun, colorful summertime tray!
