Beach Fruit Pops

Ingredients:
  • 5 cups cubed melons: cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon
  • ½ fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 oz. paper or plastic drinking cups
  • wooden sticks
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into cups and place in freezer.
  3. After approximately a half-hour, remove cups and insert wooden sticks in center.
  4. Place pops back in freezer until frozen (approx. 3 hours)
  5. Just before serving, remove pops from freezer and take off paper or plastic cups.
  6. Serve on a fun, colorful summertime tray!
